Make sure you make your rovster advert look as good as possible; follow our top tips!
Comprehensive marketing that exploits every opportunity to circulate information about your home is the key to a successful sale or let. The most sought-after product in the world will fail to sell if people are not aware of its existence. Make no mistake the buyer or renter of your property is already out there – you simply need to tell them where you are located and what it is that you are offering;
- Advertise for Free on rovster: Let the world see your property, take a good picture preferably on a bright dry day to show your property in best possible light, down load pictures onto our site, describe your property clearly and accurately and attract that buyer or renter!
- Get a For Sale Board: On average 25% of all sales achieved are instigated entirely through the ‘for sale’ board. This figure rises considerably where the property is situated along a public thoroughfare or on a highway. Estate agents call these boards ‘flags’ and there is good reason… they signal to the buying public that your property is available to them.
- Use every way you can to find a buyer or tenant: Unlike other sites we encourage you to use estate agents, word of mouth, brochures, newspaper adverts to help you sell or rent your property. Our objective at rovster is that you succeed and we aim to help you do this. Advertise with us but make sure you use all other avenues as well.
- Interested Parties: Treat each and every email, telephone call as thought you are talking to a potential buyer – be polite and friendly.
- Viewings: Book viewing appointments that will show your property under the best possible conditions. Make the first and last rooms entered the ones to remember. Don’t rush viewings!
