Paris Hilton flew to the Philippines last weekend to announce a real estate venture as well as promote her product lines.
The 30-year-old heiress has proved her business acumen over the years thanks to a variety of product lines including clothing, fragrance and cosmetics.
The celebrity will now be taking her dealings in a new direction, by following father Rick Hilton into the realm of property. Rick is chairman and co-founder of Hilton & Hyland, the Beverly Hills real estate experts, and his daughter seems to have inherited his passion for the field.
Paris jetted into the Philippines on Saturday where she announced her real estate project with Century Properties. Despite reportedly losing two cell phones on her flight from Dubai to Manilla Paris was still in good spirits about her new ventures.
While in the Southeast Asian country Paris is also opening a store there, as well as revealing a new line of eyewear for Asia in collaboration with manufacturer OEM.
The star has had a hectic summer so far, and shows no signs of slowing down. She has made a variety of public appearances in glamorous locations in France, reportedly earning sums of up to $1 million alongside her sister Nicky.
"This has been a busy summer for Paris following a number of appearances in St. Tropez," her representative explained.
