Comedian Jerry Seinfeld has put his luxurious Colorado mansion up for sale for $18.3million.
The 11 bedroom property featured on 14,200 squared foot with a 5,500 square foot deck with spectular views of the mountain side. With 26 acres of woodland surrounding the home, the property is just south of the Telluride ski resort.
The house was bought in 1991 but has been renovated by Jerry over the past few years. The property is being sold fully furnished, featuring a heated garage with space for four cars, hot tub, steam shower and in the ski rescort/ranch style home there are four fireplaces.
Outside the home is a private driveway and various hiking trails. Mr Seinfeld has three other properties across the States.
