Ever since Pixar's fantastical tale 'Up' hit cinemas and warmed the hearts of millions, people have told Lawyer Randal Acker that his 1894 Queen Anne Victorian house looks exactly like the house from the pixar film.
Surrounding Mr Acker's home is Portland State University, a 16-story college station residence hall. Mr Acker has been battling a legal battle to save his home from being demolished. Mr Acker's home serves as his law office and is surrounded by concrete towers and steal beams.
Mr Acker won the battle to save his house and as a celebration he tied dozens of coloured balloons to his roof to recreate the movies famous whimsical scene.
