Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne put their California mansion on the market for under $13million ($12.999million). The couple have been faced with a whopping $1.8million tax bill and they near faced losing their home to the Internal Revenue Service.
The property sits on 2.25 acres, 11,000 sq ft. It is located on the famed Hidden Hills private community, Los Angeles. The great location gives both city and mountain views and neighbours the Kardashians, Denise Richards and Jennifer Lopez.
The mansion consists of six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, manicured gardens, a swimming pool, hot tub, motor court with separate garage. Inside the great mansion it features travertine flooring, a formal dining room, dressing area, a formal entry room, maids quarters, gym, library and a study.
This is the second home that the family has put on the market this year, also listed is their Malibu Beach house for $9.5million.
