Jason Statham 43, (Derbyshire-born actor) is selling his contemporary glass walled home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.74million (£1.69m)
The Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Transporter star is selling his three bedroom, three bathroom Hollywood Pad and building a new property with his model girlfriend.
The property was built in 1957, consisting of 2,280 sq ft. It is a glass walled home, with a pool but the property is surrounded by hedges giving it a sense of privacy.
Statham bought a five-bedroom beachfront home in Malibu for $10.6million (£6.54m). He previously owned a two-bedroom apartment in LA, which he sold in 2009 for $1.39million (£858,000).
