New York's narrowest house may be skinny but you need a flat wallet to live there.
The property is on the market for $4.3million, double what it was worth a year ago. The whopping $4.3m figure is down to the renovations at 75 1/2 Bedford Street.
The property stands 9.5ft in width and 30ft in depth, previously owned by actor John Barrymore, poet Enda St Vincent Millay and cartoonist William Steig. (none of whom suffer from claustrophobia)
It sold for $1.6m back in 2000, then $2.175m in 2010 and now an asking price of $4.3m
