Justin Timberlake sells New York Apartment

The 30-year-old singer/actor has sold his New York Tribeca pad for $4.995million.

The apartment, situated in the prestigious Pearlie Soap Factory building, New York City was purchased by Timberlake back in 2008 for $4.689million. Timberlake was originally asking $5.25million for the property.

The apartment takes up a full floor of the building, 3000 square feet. It features;

- Brazilian teak wood floors

- Floor to ceiling windows, around ten feet tall

- Underfloor heating

- Six foot double sized bath tub

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.

Normally I would say "fat chance" to selling it in today's market, but because Justin Timberlake owned it, it may have greater appeal to some buyers. A million-plus profit on the original purchase price is nice!
